Hello! I wanted to ask a question, I am being instructed in the Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan, but I have a small problem where I can not move, breath ... My master tells me to be natural but not how to achieve this breath ... Please I need your help! I would like to find out what it is when my qi runs through my body ... Laughing

Wink my first thought is to tell you not to pay to much attention to your breathing.

First, learn the movement and pay attention to your balance, proper alignment, slow movments, relax and so on.

It is much more important to think first to the relaxation than to the breathing

Later the breathing will come naturally.

It is normal to hope to know the feeling of the qi, but the more you will try to feel it, the more difficult it will be to feel it.

I think there is a Chinese saying stating : "train intentionnally, succeed unintentionally". Train your style and one day you will get the feeling. So first relax, second, relax, third, relax. Wink
