Hi,

I'm afraid I've never heard of this; what is it exactly?

I am sorry, but this question is for Master Tsao, not for me.

It's best to ask your doctor if it would be safe for you.
However, not knowing your age or physical condition or martial experience, if you take it gently and go slowly and see how you get on with it after the doctor has given you the thumbs up to Tai Chi.
Avoid full on throws or risk of being kicked during sparring.
And use soft padded mats.
We all have to compensate for something about our bodies; I have weak knees and so don't push too far into my Dragon stance.
