Would this be a good starting point?

Discuss Tai Chi routines and forms (Tao Lu) such as Chen, Yang, Wu, Sun, Hao, old frame and new (competition). Also a place for related Tai Chi forms with weapon, such as sword and fan. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, feel free to ask questions and offer advice!

I was wondering if these lessons can be taken serious, because I noticed some difference with most videos of people practicing Wu Tai Chi.

I'm living in Belgium and it's hard to find something else on the internet besides these lessons. But I wouldn't want to learn it the wrong way, so any opinions on this guy's lessons?
