Posture...

Postby Josué on Sun Jan 11, 2009 12:04 pm

Hello !! me again  .

This time I have a doubt about the position to perform the movements as Louxi Aobu. My teacher tells me to take a posture which I know is the latitude of my hip ... I would like to know how to find the correct latitude to take a firm and yet comfortable.

Thank you

I leave a picture to see how I could have explained it

Read this article on Fang Song perhaps it will help you be able to see a big picture
