Try Zhan Zhuang 5-10-15 minutes a days

I know that it looks hard at the beginning but little by little, practicing the form or forms you learn everyday is what will gradually help you build strength.
Practice slowly, making sure that you are balanced, relaxed and flexible (not tensed) and that you can "meditate" in each posture. Meaning that you are able to stop in one posture for several seconds or more.
When you feel good, practice lower.
Try Zhan Zhuang as Andrey recommends, it is close to the slow meditation practice of the form.
Good luck
