Hi guys...

Well, after of practice 2 weeks very hard, I take 3 pictures of me in 3 different postures of taiji : the kick with the right heel, the horse stance and the snake creeps down. The picture of the white lotus is the symbol of my Martial Arts School :D .
If you see a mistake, please say to me

Hi Josué.

If the second posture from Chen style (which you refer as "mabu") it's incorrect

In the last one, you shouldn't twist you knee inside

Josué, in the second photo your position is not correct because your weight is in the middle, just between your feet. The weight must always be 70% on one leg 30 % on the other one. So you can change the direction easily. If your weight is in the middle, you have first to put the weight on one leg and then change the direction.

Generally speaking your knee suppose to have a "peng jing" meaning they shouldn't be locked (straighten up totally) or twisted inward (angle between your knee and foot)
