¿It's this bad?

Postby Josué on Fri Mar 13, 2009 6:55 am

Hello everyone.

This time I want to clarify something that I have. Always, when you finish a practice in class, my hands are red (which was written in another post) and shake a little. I would like to know what should and if it is a sign that I am doing something wrong.

Thanks
Josué

If you 14 then you should work your butt off to the point when feet collapse and your face meet the floor :D

If you are young you have to condition your body pretty good.

Hi Josué,

Yes, I think it's normal. The red in the hands is the blood microcirculation reaching to the fingers, it's a sign that you are relaxed enough and the qi flows. Sometimes, the muscles shake a little when they relax, it is normal too.
